380lbs > 278lbs = 107lbs down in six months

My name is Traves and I started my weight loss journey back in April of 2016. Over the last six months, I have managed to drop an impressive 107lbs. It hasn't been easy but it has been worth it. I've completely changed almost everything about my life in regards to health and fitness. I've gone from eating out several times a week, and sometimes several times a day, to once or twice a month. I've committed myself to working out for at least an hour a day, every day, no matter what. And. I've started paying much closer attention to what foods I put into my body. I still have a long road ahead of me to get to where I ultimately want to be but I wanted to share my progress so far in hopes it can inspire someone else to get more active.
